From the early-morning hours, we will greet you with a special sea view breakfast of coffee and the typical local pastry, the pasticciotto, in full Bahia style. For your lunch, starting at noon, you can enjoy a wide range of traditional cold and hot dishes which have been skillfully revisited so as to enhance the flavors of our local ingredients, paired only with oil Made In Salento.
In addition, you can find all the flavors of the Japanese cuisine: the experience of our Sushi Chef Tyron and his brigade will captivate and amaze you with recipes rich in taste and color.
All of this paired with the best national and international wine and champagne labels.
And starting at 4 pm, excellent drinks and soft drinks will be served to be enjoyed on the beach in the best of company, while watching the sun set.
