General Booking Conditions

Book your preferred service online; availability and prices are updated regularly and can be checked starting one week before your chosen date.
Check-in is available from 8:00 AM and no later than 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM, depending on the service booked. To check in, please show your booking QR code at reception, available on beeach.it or sent via email.
Late arrivals (after 11:00 AM or 1:00 PM, depending on your reservation) may result in cancellation of the booking.
In the bar, restaurant, and service areas, please be respectful of others by wearing a shirt and sandals.
Some packages allow you to add front-row sunbeds upon arrival; if this option is not selected at check-in, sunbed allocation will be managed at the discretion of the management.
Music atmosphere from 8:00 AM until after sunset.
Lost or damaged rental items must be reimbursed at their full value.
Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Postepay, American Express.

Special Booking Conditions

Sunbeds and beach stations are assigned on-site by Management based on daily availability; some areas may be reserved for private events.
Booked dates cannot be changed or rescheduled.
The rate is non-refundable, even in the event of bad weather.
The management is not responsible for damages caused by improper use of equipment or force majeure.
Guests must comply with the Beach Rules and Safety Regulations displayed at the entrance of the beach club.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed, with the exception of specific dietary needs and/or medical supplies in appropriate containers.
It is strictly forbidden to bring personal beach equipment not suited for public areas, such as inflatables, SUP boards, canoes, etc., in accordance with the current beach ordinance and the local Port Authority regulations.
We allow small-sized pets or companion animals, in accordance with the beach ordinance.
Some areas and services are reserved for adult guests only, to ensure maximum comfort for all. Please read the description and conditions of your chosen package carefully before completing your booking.
Credits included in Luxury Experience packages may be used exclusively at your designated station and not at the bar or restaurant.
Parking is not bookable in advance; even when included in some packages, spaces are not assigned and will be allocated by our staff upon arrival.
